the hotel is beautiful i seen wildlife right from my villa. i woke up early one morning to see sea eagles flying close by. the food was good even if it took a little longer to come.
the pool needed a clean i couldnt see the bottom and its only a meter seventy deep.

i stayed in a premium water villa. it was spacious and well equipped. the free shuttle to railay beach included a tuk tuk to the port plus a long boat (what a treat!). breakfast had many western and thai options. i really appreciated the variety.
the cafe staff seemed under trained. three people were on shift, but they stood around. i had to ask for menus and place the order myself after seeing them serve other tables.

the staff smiled and were helpful. they offered free drop-off and pick-up services to railay and ao nang (this made getting around very easy). the welcome was warm, and staff helped with various requests.

The rooms had everything i expected. the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. it was also super clean. the staff were also very kind. They really looked out for the guests. i found the environment very relaxing. the pool was clean and big.
the gym rarely had enough towels available.

the villa's design, surrounded by nature, impressed me greatly the swimming pool offered such a wonderful experience i appreciated the free shuttle service to railay beach and ao nang it helped a lot. i found the complimentary activities like yoga and kayaking very good.
the communication at reception was sometimes difficult due to language barriers it required some patience

the gym had modern equipment including treadmills and stationary bikes the swimming pool had a spacious area with many loungers and shaded spots available for relaxation. free kayaks were available who wanted to explore the lagoon.

it was so nice that my children had their own space due to the connecting villas. i found it so easy to get to railay because of the hotel shuttle. the free transport was such a plus and made everything simple.
i thought the gym, although functional, could use some updates with newer equipment. there were limited options available.
